We started Cyber Fibre so North East businesses and homes can get full fibre and leased lines from people they can actually speak to. The same team looks after IT for local businesses through Cyber Fits, and phone systems through Virtual Voice.
We are a small team, and we think that is a good thing. The people who check your address, place your order and set up your equipment are the same people who answer when you ring. You will not be passed around departments or put in a queue with thousands of other customers.
