Leased line or business full fibre?
Leased lines suit businesses with more staff, heavy cloud use, large file transfers, several sites, or a need for guaranteed symmetric speeds and faster fault fixes. If full fibre will do the job, we will tell you.

|---|---|---|

Ethernet Flex: between broadband and a leased line
Ethernet Flex is shared fibre access on the CityFibre network with a committed rate for your connection and the same speed for upload and download. It is not a dedicated line: the capacity is shared, so speeds above the committed rate depend on how busy the network is and are not guaranteed.
It is only available on a 36 month term and only where its network reaches your premises. Where it is available at your address, we show its price with your leased line prices and you can order it online in the same way; otherwise we quote for your site. Installation is free unless a survey finds extra construction work, which you can accept or decline.
