Traffic management and fair use

We do not choose to block, slow down or prioritise particular websites, applications or services on our broadband.

The networks we use may manage traffic to keep them running well, for example during an unexpected surge in demand or to protect against attacks. Any management is applied fairly and is not based on who you are or what you are doing.

The speeds of your connection, and what you can do if your speed is persistently below the minimum, are set out in the Contract Summary we give you before you sign your agreement.

We may contact you if your use harms the network or other customers, or breaks the law, as set out in our terms.
