What is a static IP address?
Most broadband connections get an IP address that can change from time to time. A static IP stays the same, which some businesses need for remote access to their systems, hosting a server, connecting a VPN between sites or letting a supplier allow your connection through their firewall.
If you are not sure whether you need one, you probably do not. You can ask us about adding one to your order.
Need something else?
For business grade WiFi access points, backup connections or a dedicated leased line, ask us for a quote and we will recommend what fits.
