For more staff, heavy cloud use or a need for faster fault fixes, a leased line gives you capacity reserved for your business and a service level agreement.

Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Each package shows its minimum term. At the end of it, your service moves to a monthly rolling term at the same price, with 30 days’ notice to leave, whatever the size of your business. We never renew you into a new minimum term, and there is no charge to end the service after the minimum term.
What speed will I get?
We show estimated speeds for each package, and a minimum speed where one applies. The minimum speed is not guaranteed, but if your speed is significantly and persistently below it and we cannot fix it within 30 days of you telling us, you can end the affected broadband without an early termination charge. Speeds can vary with your equipment, WiFi and wiring.
Do you offer phone lines?
Yes. You can add one business phone line to your broadband when you order, and keep your existing number. For a team that needs several numbers or phones, our sister brand Virtual Voice Office can help.
